New Building for
Contryman Solutions Group


Contryman Solutions Group is building new offices at 5807 Osborne Drive West in Hastings, Nebraska. The building is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2011. Contryman Associates, P.C., and Contryman Wealth Advisors team members plan to move into their new offices in late April or early May, 2011. We will post pictures of our progress periodically so you can keep track of our building project.


Elevation - The architect’s rendering of the new Contryman Solutions Group building in Hastings, Nebraska. The new building will be nearly 11,800 square feet.


Groundbreaking - Contryman Associates shareholders and team members were joined by our bankers, architect, project manager, and representatives of the Hastings Chamber of Commerce for our groundbreaking ceremony. (May 2010)


Basement - Following site preparation, the hole for the 969 sq. ft. basement was dug. (April, 2010)


Basement Walls - Walls are poured for the basement. (May, 2010)


Footings - Footings are poured for the perimeter of the building. (May, 2010)


Drilling Rig - In the foreground you can see footings for the building. In the background is the rig that is drilling 40 wells for the geothermal heating and air conditioning system. The wells are on the north side of where the building will sit. (June, 2010)


Stairwell Wall - This photo shows the basement wall where the stairwell will be built and the doorway which will lead to the basement. (June 2010)


Setting Flex Core - Workers are shown placing the flex core which is the material used for the floor over the basement area of the building. (June 2010)


Main Floor - The concrete for the main floor has been poured. (June 2010)


Framing - Framing of our offices has begun. (July 2010)


Basement Stairs - The steel stairs to the basement have been installed. (August, 2010)


Structural Steel Framing - The structural steel framing is in place for the front entry and central portion of the building. (August, 2010)


Rough Framing - Dean Meyers has a good start on framing out offices and other areas. (August, 2010)


Roof Trusses - Roof trusses have been placed on the north end of the building. (August, 2010)
