Kelly Hale, a Tax Accountant with Contryman Associates, P.C., has received her certificate and permit to practice as a Certified Public Accountant from the Nebraska Board of Public Accountancy.

Hale has experience with corporate and individual tax return preparation. She also provides bookkeeping and payroll services and compilation of financial statements. Additionally, she helps clients with QuickBooks® Accounting Software. Kelly splits her time between the Grand Island and Central City locations.

Before joining Contryman Associates in 2007, Hale used her farm and ranch experience in the marketing and insurance industries. Hale was an honors graduate of Hastings College with a bachelor of arts in communication studies and computer science with an emphasis in information systems. She recently graduated with her masters in accounting and financial management with a CPA emphasis from Keller School of Management, with honors.

Hale is a board member for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Nebraska in Grand Island. She is a member of the Grand Island Young Professionals group.

Hale’s husband Mike works as the Internet Sales Department manager for Anderson Ford in Grand Island. They also have a daughter, Rachel, who is three years old. Hale’s parents are Tom and Sandy Sonderup from rural Fullerton.
